Pick what you want to do

Create and secure your account

  1. Create an account with your email.
  2. Verify your email code.
  3. Set a 4-digit PIN and keep it private.
  4. Use device management if a device is lost.

Deposit into your wallet

  1. Open Deposit in your dashboard.
  2. Choose Mobile Money, card, or gift card deposit.
  3. Complete the prompt from your provider.
  4. Check Transactions for the credited record.

Send money to a RushPay user

  1. Open Transfer.
  2. Search by account number or name.
  3. Review recipient and amount.
  4. Confirm with your PIN.

Withdraw to MoMo or bank

  1. Open Withdraw.
  2. Select Mobile Money or bank.
  3. Use the bank code directory when needed.
  4. Track payout status in Transactions.
